Salon Policies

Cancellations, No Show & Late Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the 50% service fee.

We do guarantee our services and any retail products that are purchased from The Beauty Loft.

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days  of your appointment and we will be happy to discuss what we can do to help you love your hair. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from The Beauty Loft let us know within 7 days of your purchase and we will exchange it for something else as long as you have not used more than half of the product.
