Cancellation & No Show Policy

Appointment Modifications

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service.

 A fee of 100% of your scheduled service will be charged if you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment without prior notice.

Changes to the type of service or duration of appointment should be made ahead of time. We may not be able to accommodate last minute modifications at the time of the appointment.

Our scheduling is designed to accommodate multiple clients throughout the day. Last minute changes can disrupt this schedule and inconvenience other clients.

Please contact us at (716) 671-2395 at least 48 hours before your appointment time if you wish to modify your appointment.

If you are 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the 50% service fee.

We do guarantee our services and any retail products that are purchased from The Beauty Loft.

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days  of your appointment and we will be happy to discuss what we can do to help you love your hair. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from The Beauty Loft let us know within 7 days of your purchase and we will exchange it for something else as long as you have not used more than half of the product.
