I'm a new client.Why do I need to fill out an appointment request form? Can I call the salon to book an appointment?

Our appointment request form ensures that you are choosing the correct New Client Session for your first appointment. Sometimes, it can be difficult to know what you will need done to your hair to get the desired look you want.
Once an appointment request form has been submitted we will email you back within 24 hours with the appropriate session to book based on your answers. You can then book your appointment online through our booking system.
What are your Hours of Operation?
We are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Each service provider sets his or her own hours and has their own individual schedule. Please contact your service provider directly to see when they are working.
